We are We Care Plumbing, Heating, and Air, a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for our customers' home's plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems. The primary duties of a Lead HVAC Installer are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
