Senior Commercial Underwriting Counsel
First American Group
First American is seeking a Commercial Underwriting Counsel in Madison, WI to join National Commercial Services. You will provide underwriting support and authorization for real estate title commitments and policies, guided by delegated authority and company processes, helping customers and personnel navigate complex transactions.
The role requires 5–7 years of title underwriting experience, a Law Degree, and active license to practice law in the relevant state.
