Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role At Unify Consulting , we are actively hiring AI talent across our key markets: Seattle, San Francisco, Dallas, and Chicago. We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with AWS integration experience to join our Salesforce Practice. This consultant will play a key role in architecting, developing, and integrating Salesforce solutions with AWS services to enable scalable, secure, and high‑performing systems for our clients. Responsibilities Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions that integrate effectively with AWS platforms and services. Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting end-to-end solutions aligned with client business objectives. Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, APIs, and AWS integrations. Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements. Guide clients on when to use declarative versus programmatic solutions (configuration vs. code). Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including: Custom development and AWS integration work Managing technical scope and client expectations Providing expert-level technical guidance to developers Designing and managing the execution of test plans to ensure quality deliverables Demonstrate technical thought leadership and contribute to practice-wide Salesforce and AWS integration best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and alignment with architectural standards. Stay current with Salesforce and AWS product releases, integration patterns, and emerging technologies. Coach and mentor junior team members. Skills & Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services (such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, or SNS/SQS). Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data synchronization patterns. Experience with Salesforce API development (REST/SOAP, GraphQL, etc.). Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and App Cloud. Knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, etc.) and ETL practices. Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, database architecture, and software development lifecycle best practices. Excellent problem-solving and client‑facing communication skills (written and verbal). Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer II, Admin, App Builder 1 & 2 certifications. Experience developing AWS Lambda functions or API Gateway endpoints for Salesforce integrations. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Jenkins) and CI/CD pipelines. Consulting experience working across multiple client environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Unify Consulting
