About the Opportunity The Deburr Operator deburrs parts to blueprint specifications and moves parts to the next operation per schedule. Location South Windsor, CT This role will be onsite 100% of the time on 1st shift. The core hours for this shift are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Responsibilities Deburr parts to blueprint specifications with supervision Wash parts to remove marking and cutting lubricants Demonstrate a willingness to learn proper deburring techniques and tooling selection Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc. according to Company policy Maintain area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly fashion Observe all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security Advise Department Lead of any shortages in supplies Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full‑time basis. Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations. Preferred Qualifications Must have good hand/eye coordination Must be able to read and work from work order instructions Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
