Case Manager, Social Services

Complexity of Work: This role requires critical thinking skills, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to build and foster positive relationships. The incumbent must be able to lead others and take appropriate action when required. Required Work Experience: One (1) year of related work experience is preferred. This can be paid or via internship. Other Information: Additional Education Info: Master's degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Marriage and Family, and/or related social services field.Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida is preferred.JDCH Specific: Licensed Clinical Social Worker license is required for the following areas: Dialysis, Transplant, Cystic Fibrosis and mental status exams in the Emergency Department.
