Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Experience evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in electronic medical records required. Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants preferred. Ability to complete timely, accurate documentation including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic policies. Commitment to patient and employee safety and adherence to clinic policies, infection control, and safe patient handling procedures.
