Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity In Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Marshfield Medical Center Eau Claire is seeking a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who is fellowship-trained in spine surgery to join our well-established team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our team of orthopedic colleagues throughout our system of care includes fellowship-trained spine, hand, foot & ankle, sports medicine, shoulder elbow, pediatrics, and total joint specialists.

Competitive compensation package includes:

• Compensation floor of $880,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
