Bring your customer service experience to this professional role supporting our service team as a Service Receptionist at Dahl Honda in Onalaska. You will help schedule service appointments, follow up with service guests and assist the advisors and service manager with a variety of customer service and administrative related tasks. Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments. Assist with scheduling service appointments. Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service. Assist advisors and service manager with other customer service and administrative related duties. Utilize online system daily.
