The client is hiring a mental health therapist to provide high-quality mental health care in a flexible, fully remote setting. Benefits: Sign-on bonus available Semi-monthly pay Wellness and professional development stipend up to $300 annually Free CE credits through monthly APA-accredited courses Psych Hub membership, case consultation, and wellness events Paid sick time up to 80 hours annually Employer-sponsored 401(k) Malpractice insurance provided Merit-based raises Cross-licensure costs covered Qualifications Active WA license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist) 2+ years of experience as a mental health therapist 6+ months of teletherapy in a mental health setting EHR & assessment experience (e.g., PHQ-9) Available 8-24 hrs/week Key Responsibilities Deliver remote care as a mental health therapist to adult clients (18+) Provide evidence-based mental health therapy sessions Maintain 7-20 weekly sessions Monitor mental health progress and adjust treatment Collaborate with providers and complete documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
