Warehouse Associate Eureka Ergonomic Location: Corona, CA Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Onsite Pay: $20–$23/hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and responsibilities About the Role Eureka Ergonomic is looking for a reliable, hands‑on Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Corona, California facility. This position supports receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, product movement, warehouse organization, and general operational needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, organized, physically active, and willing to learn Eureka Ergonomic products and warehouse processes. This is an onsite, hands‑on warehouse position and is not remote or hybrid. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming products and materials. Pick products accurately according to orders and warehouse procedures. Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment. Load and unload products and materials using safe handling practices. Move products, boxes, equipment, and materials throughout the warehouse. Stock and organize products in designated locations. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas. Assist with inventory counts and identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Support warehouse organization and efficiency projects. Product & Inventory Support Learn Eureka Ergonomic products, components, packaging, and product identification. Handle products carefully to prevent damage. Inspect products and packaging for visible damage or issues. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with returns, product transfers, and internal product movement. Stage products for showroom, events, demonstrations, photography, testing, or other company projects as assigned. Shipping & Receiving Prepare orders for carrier pickup. Verify quantities, labels, and shipment information. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles. Maintain organized receiving and shipping areas. Communicate shipping, receiving, and inventory issues promptly. Follow company procedures for safe material handling and shipment preparation. General Warehouse Support Maintain clean and organized work areas. Assist with warehouse reorganizations and facility projects. Assist with basic product assembly or warehouse fixture setup as trained and authorized. Support other warehouse team members as needed. Perform other reasonable warehouse and operations duties assigned by management. Qualifications Required Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, manufacturing, retail stockroom, or similar experience preferred. Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move warehouse products and materials. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and work in a physically active environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic ability to count, identify, organize, and verify products and materials. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn Eureka Ergonomic products and warehouse procedures. Commitment to following safety procedures and using required PPE. Preferred Shipping and receiving experience. Inventory experience. Experience using scanners or warehouse inventory systems. Experience with UPS, FedEx, freight, LTL, or similar shipping processes. Pallet jack or other warehouse equipment experience. Forklift experience or certification, if applicable. Experience with office furniture, ergonomic products, furniture components, or similar products. Physical Requirements This is a physically active warehouse position. Essential functions may include: Standing and walking for extended periods. Bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and twisting. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving products, boxes, materials, and equipment using safe work practices. Loading and unloading products and materials. Repetitive movements associated with picking, packing, labeling, stocking, and warehouse operations. Working around shelving, pallets, carts, packaging materials, warehouse equipment, and stored products. Working in normal warehouse conditions that may include varying temperatures, noise, dust, and other conditions. Using required PPE and following applicable safety procedures. This is not a desk-only position. Compensation $20.00–$23.00 per hour Suggested internal experience levels: Entry / Developing: $20–$21/hour Skilled: $21–$22/hour Experienced: $22–$23/hour Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, qualifications, and assigned responsibilities.
