Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth patient evaluations, initiate diagnostic tests, and develop personalized care strategies
• Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or independently (subject to credentialing)
• Provide education to patients and families focused on prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies within your professional scope
• Engage in patient follow-up and management of chronic conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to offer cohesive, holistic patient care
• Maintain detailed and precise documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a qualifying specialty
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
