Overview Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. For more information, visit Responsibilities Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patients, families and other health care providers. Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate. Communicates clearly with patients, families, and health care team in person, by phone and in writing. Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs. Participates in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives. Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations. Qualifications Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois. Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
