Pediatric Home Care LPN

This position involves night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Home Care LPN to work primarily with technology-dependent patients, including those on tracheostomies and ventilators, in a home setting. This role requires experience in managing medically complex and developmentally delayed pediatric patients.

Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in a home health environment.

Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care for patients.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Document patient care and progress using electronic charting systems.

Current Ohio LPN license required.

Minimum of 6 months experience in home health or an acute care setting, preferably in pediatrics.

Experience in PICU or with developmental delays is preferred.

Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
