They will learn about Amazon’s logistics network, interact with central operations and peer engineering teams to build optimized systems, and have the autonomy to deliver software that has a broad impact. They must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven, and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment. They should thrive by working closely with their peers in a group of smart and talented engineers. It is still Day 1 in the Last Mile Technology space!Key job responsibilitiesAs a key member of the engineering team, you will have influence on our product strategy by helping define the product features, refine system architecture, and spearhead best practices that enable a quality product.You will be successfully setting the foundation for the next phase of the product and beyond. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
