What we offer Health, vision, and dental insurance plans - available day one Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Life insurance Health savings and flexible spending accounts Team member and family assistance program 401(K) retirement plan with company match Skills development through University of Premier Tech platform Your future role Ensure the health and safety practices and processes are upheld, and the premises, team members, and operations are safe Perform a variety of work for the construction of full agriculture facilities in addition to the integration of our fully automated industrial machinery and equipment Assist our field service technicians in the installation and integration of our product lines Provide important feedback while assessing and diagnosing issues, providing recommendations, and completing the approved work orders within the established timelines Use heavy machinery, rigging equipment, hand tools, and power tools on a daily basis Assist in the loading and unloading of heavy materials, tools, and equipment. Communicate and collaborate with management and fellow team members Attend all required health and safety and operations trainings as well as meetings Work in varying work environments and weather conditions Required skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a millwright Willingness to travel for extended periods Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials Certified in industrial equipment operations (e.g., scissor lift, boom lift, forklift) Comfortable working at heights up to 80 ft.
