Minimum Qualifications: * Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program. * Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in the location of employment. * Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercise principles. * Experience with patient assessment and development of individualized treatment plans. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting. * Certification in specialized therapy techniques. * Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. * Ability to work with diverse patient populations across all age groups. * Commitment to continuing education and professional growth. Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and functional limitations. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines. * Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient mobility and reduce pain. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes. * Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and health maintenance. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes. * Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and participate in ongoing professional development.
