Job Title: Carpenter Installer
Location: Travel to various U.S. states (travel required)
Pay: $22/hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team in installing interior and exterior signage across the country. This includes large-format signs typically found in remodeled or new store interiors.

This is a hands-on, carpentry-focused position that requires attention to detail, precision measuring, and strong teamwork. Most work is performed overnight to avoid disrupting customer activity, and travel is required —hotels and per diem are provided.

• Install a variety of signs

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials (primarily wood) for accurate and secure installations

• Use hand and power tools to assemble and mount signage

• Read and follow installation plans, diagrams, or blueprints

• Ensure all signs are level, aligned, and securely fastened

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule

• Travel to job sites across various U.S. states (transportation, hotel, and per diem covered)

• Work long shifts, typically overnight

• Strong carpentry skills with experience in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials

• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools

• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding)

• Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs)

• Willingness to work overnight shifts and travel frequently

• Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Pay: $22/hour

• Schedule: Full-time, day and overnight shifts

• Travel: Hotel and per diem provided for out-of-state work
