In-Home Physician Part Time - Salt Lake City

Overview Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring a Part‑time Physician to provide in‑home health evaluations. Visits last about 45 minutes and include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and, if ordered, diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams and spirometry. The physician uses an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and is not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home health evaluations and build trusted relationships with patients. Perform medication and medical history reviews, physical examinations, and assess the patient’s home environment. Utilize the provided iPad and clinical workflow to document visits. Travel locally and within licensed states as required. Perform virtual visits when needed. Provide all applicable Signify Health services, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products such as spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screening. Work Environment The primary workplace is the private residence of the health plan member. Physicians must be able to safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential allergens or irritants. Qualifications MD or DO. Active, unrestricted license(s) in the coverage area(s). Multi‑state licenses preferred. Pay & Hours Anticipated weekly hours: 29.5. Pay range: $105.00 – $105.00 per hour (base rate). Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
