Senior Employee Benefits Client Manager

Overview As Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager you join a large insurance broker’s health and welfare division, supporting Key Accounts and focusing on self-funded clients. This is a stewardship role with a high level of client engagement where you’ll provide insight on market changes, compliance, enrollments, coverage, pricing, and renewals. Job Specs: Location: Denver, CO. Hybrid schedule is available. Responsibilities Relationship development and renewal management with current clients. Execute daily service strategies (preparing & writing proposals, providing quote comparisons, performing benchmarking & financial underwriting review). Create coverage specifications, analyze quotes and negotiate with carriers. Participate in presentations and enrollment meetings. Experience Minimum five (5) years of group employee benefits client management experience. Active state insurance license Experience with self-funded arrangements #J-18808-Ljbffr
