St Julien Hotel & Spa is looking for talented and professional Massage Therapists to provide high-quality massages while ensuring that each guest has enjoyed a luxurious visit to the Spa!

Essential Job Functions:

• Review and complete all opening/closing procedures and daily individual responsibilities; check digital bookings for daily schedule of treatments.
• Prepare treatment room for guests including placing clean linens in the room, turning on table warmers, placing fresh rose petals in treatment room, and preparing room for specific treatment to be performed.
• Complete pre-session interview with guest to gain information regarding use of medicines, injuries, or other conditions that may affect the massage.
• Perform specialty massage/body treatments (e.g. hot stone, prenatal) in accordance with current established protocol.
• Ensure that service is timed properly so that guest can be on time to other Spa/Salon treatment(s).
• Clean treatment room after each guest and prepare room for next Massage Therapist; keep treatment area clean and stocked with required supplies.
• Perform according to company objectives regarding sales, and work to build customer retention and repeat client requests.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of important Spa information/services and general Hotel information to be able to answer guest inquiries.
• Other duties as requested by manager.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience required in a luxury or high-end Spa required.
• Flexible availability is required. Interested candidates must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays .
  • Minimum 2-3 shift availability/week required with at least 1 shift falling on Fri/Sat/Sun.

PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

1. Massage Services: COMMISSION-BASED (27%)
2. Required Trainings/Meetings: $16.82/HOUR
