We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations. In this role, you'll help ensure products and materials move efficiently throughout the warehouse while contributing to a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and production orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Verify incoming shipments and report any shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Use warehouse management and inventory systems to track materials and shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts as needed.
• Pull materials for production and customer orders.
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or material handling experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
• Experience with RF scanners, shipping documentation, or inventory control.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Urbandale, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
