Primary Therapist

Atlanta Recovery Place provides individualized and tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique needs. The program emphasizes personalized care with one-on-one therapy and other tailored services. The curriculum offers group therapy covering wide range of topics educational sessions for comprehensive alcohol and drug recovery support. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Primary Therapist based in Dunwoody, GA. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans, providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, conducting assessments, managing client cases, and addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team will be central to delivering high-quality care and supporting clients on their journey to recovery. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management Knowledge of Social Work principles and practices Experience in addressing Chemical Dependency and Dual Diagnosis cases Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Licensed or certified in social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred (MSW, LCSW, APC, LPC, LMFT) Familiarity with addiction recovery programs and mental health strategies Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative treatment team #J-18808-Ljbffr
