Overview European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue. Job Details Location: 2034 El Camino Real - Santa Clara, CA 95050 Work Location: In person Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time; Hourly + Sales Bonuses Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 hourly Responsibilities Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
