Pro Lawn & Landscape Inc. is looking for a reliable Salt Truck Driver to join our snow and ice management team for the winter season.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply de-icing materials to commercial parking lots during snow and ice events.
• Safely operate a salt truck on established routes.
• Monitor pavement conditions and apply the proper amount of material for changing weather conditions.
• Complete route documentation and communicate with management throughout each event.
• Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any equipment issues.
• Be available to respond during overnight, early morning, weekends, holidays, and other weather-related events.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work on-call and in all winter weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Experience operating commercial trucks or snow equipment is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
