Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our equipment and facility are operating at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure a seamless operation.
- Training and mentoring junior technicians to enhance their skills and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance tasks.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 10 years. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and skills, eager to grow with us.
