Workday Integration Architect

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Workday Integrations Architect to support our client's Workday initiatives. This individual will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions and complex reporting across Workday HCM and Financials while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Orchestrate.Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues while supporting existing integration solutions across Workday HCM and Financials.Build and maintain Workday dashboards, worklets, advanced reports, shared reports, and BIRT reports.Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday integration projects, supporting initiatives from planning through deployment and stabilization.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable integration solutions across HR, Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems.Develop and maintain Workday Payroll PECI integrations to support accurate and timely payroll processing.Participate in Workday projects involving integrations, security, reporting, business processes, and system architecture.Support Workday releases by maintaining integration tools, templates, regression testing, and release management activities.Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support materials.Recommend technical solutions and best practices across Workday HCM, Financials, Security, System Architecture, and Interfaces.Qualifications7+ years of Workday Integrations experience supporting HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, or post-production Workday environments.Hands-on experience developing integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Orchestrate.Experience building custom integrations with third-party HR and Finance systems.Experience developing Workday Payroll PECI integrations for external payroll providers.Strong experience developing advanced Workday reports using BIRT and Workday reporting tools.Deep understanding of the Workday integration technology stack and external system integrations.Experience supporting Workday releases, regression testing, and ongoing system maintenance.Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.About GQR's Workday PracticeGQR is a Certified Workday Partner, connecting organizations with specialized Workday professionals across the entire Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, Adaptive Planning, Extend, Prism, and Payroll.
