Job Description\n Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel job in Passaic, New Jersey.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist\n Discipline: Allied Health Professional\n Start Date: 10/05/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Nuclear Medicine Technologist\n The Nuclear Medicine Technologist plays a vital role within a multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality imaging services in support of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist.Key Responsibilities\n \n Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.\n Assist in the performance of various imaging procedures.\n Process and transmit imaging studies to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).\n Utilize both mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment effectively.\n Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care throughout imaging processes.\n Qualifications\n \n Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT, or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology is required.\n Minimum of one year of acute clinical radiology experience.\n At least one year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist is required.\n Graduate of a program accredited by the JRCNMT or CAMRT.\n Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.\n Proficiency in computer skills is necessary.\n CT/Fusion Certification is needed.\n Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential.\n \n This position requires dedication to providing exceptional imaging services while maintaining a focus on patient safety and comfort.
