About this position Recruiting Coordinator Location: Troy, MI 48083 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Troy, MI. Annual pay increases to provide financial security for our employees.. Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment processes of 5-10 open positions at a time. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Answer employee questions and provide assistance on a daily basis. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities. Gather feedback from employees and contribute to efforts to enhance workplace satisfaction. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documentation. Assist in HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in a related Human Resources position. Strong phone skills, at least a year and preferably 2-3 years of experience with phone interviews Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Understanding of HR processes and confidentiality requirements. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
