Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate exceptional customer experiences, handle inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate community needs. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries and contributing to internal growth opportunities. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information Assist customers with policy changes and updates Process insurance claims and follow up with customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask Previous customer service experience preferred Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
