Flex Security Officer's

Work Schedule Less than 32 hours per week after training. Must be able to work 40 hours per week for the first 30 days of training. 0600 - 1400 1400 - 2200 2200 - 0600 Position Flex Security Officer – Part Time (Nevada, MO) Wage: $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites. Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity. Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed. Front desk / access control duties such as creating badges for visitors and answering phones. Check in trucks. Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests. Utilize technology devices (Vision Phone) throughout shift. Conduct tours of the property. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. Basic Requirements 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer/technology skills. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills. Must be able to work independently. Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must have a professional demeanor. Must respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation. Open availability preferred.
