Senior Financial Analyst / Asset Manager

Up to $150,000 Base Salary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established commercial real estate owner/operator to identify a Senior Financial Analyst / Asset Manager.
This role combines asset management, portfolio oversight, investment analysis, acquisitions support, valuation analysis, and executive-level reporting. The position offers significant visibility with senior leadership and direct involvement in strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Asset management and portfolio oversight
• Financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections
• Acquisition and disposition analysis
• Portfolio reporting and performance analysis
• Refinancing and capital project analysis
• Market research and investment analysis
• Executive reporting and presentations
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Asset management, investments, acquisitions, portfolio management, or real estate finance experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Experience:
• Retail real estate or shopping center experience
• Argus Enterprise experience
• DCF valuation modeling
• Acquisitions and investment analysis
