Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Implementation Lead on behalf of our client in the USA (Remote). This role is ideal for a seasoned Oracle Cloud Financials professional with deep expertise in Record-to-Report (RTR), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), and Subledger Accounting (SLA) . The selected candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations supporting mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on configuration experience, proven success delivering full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, and the ability to partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and Day 1 operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities Oracle Cloud Implementation Leadership

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations from discovery and solution design through deployment and hypercare.
• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analyses, design workshops, and conference room pilots (CRPs).
• Drive configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to production support.

Record-to-Report (RTR) & FAH Solutions

• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA)
  • Cash Management
  • Intercompany Accounting
  • Financial Close & Reconciliation
  • Journal Processing and Allocations
  • Financial Reporting

M&A Integrations

• Lead Oracle Cloud initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and ERP carve-outs.
• Manage Chart of Accounts (CoA) mapping, ledger configuration, legal entity setup, and accounting transformations.
• Support opening balance migrations, trial balance conversions, journal migrations, and financial reporting validation.
• Ensure successful Day 1 readiness, cutover execution, and post-go-live stabilization.

Solution Design & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Design scalable accounting solutions leveraging Oracle FAH and SLA capabilities.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, and testing artifacts.

Integrations & Testing

• Lead functional design, validation, and testing of integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and external systems.
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production deployment activities.
• Ensure end-to-end accounting accuracy and operational continuity.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with ownership from discovery through hypercare.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle General Ledger (GL)
  • Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA)
  • Cash Management
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle FAH for accounting transformations and source system integrations.
• Experience supporting M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Legal Entity setup
  • Ledger configuration
  • Chart of Accounts design
  • Financial data migration
  • Trial Balance conversion
  • Financial reporting and close processes
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, journal processing, and intercompany accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex Oracle Cloud implementations and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) integrations, including FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, middleware technologies, and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion, workflow automation, and reporting solutions.
• Background supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs or high-growth organizations.
