Du liebst Lebensmittel?
Dann gestalte das M in der Food Abteilung! Hier arbeitest du mit Produkten wie Pasta, Gewrzen, Konserven, Swaren und Getrnken und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafr, dass Qualitt und Verfgbarkeit auf hchstem Niveau sind. Du behltst den berblick ber Waren, Ablufe und Kennzahlen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden genau das finden, was sie brauchen, um ihren Gsten ein Lcheln ins Gesicht zu zaubern.
Qualifikationen
Quereinsteigende, Karrierestartende und Profis willkommen!
Bei uns bist du gut aufgehoben, wenn du die Gastro liebst, Vorerfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich mitbringst und erste Fhrungserfahrung hast oder den nchsten Schritt machen mchtest. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig und jede weitere Sprache ist eine wertvolle Ergnzung! Wenn du Freude im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden, einen klaren Blick fr Qualitt und Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie Lust auf gemeinsames Anpacken hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als stellvertretende Abteilungsleitung untersttzt du die Fhrungskraft im Arbeitsalltag, bernimmst Verantwortung fr das Team und sorgst dafr, dass Ablufe reibungslos funktionieren. Du motivierst deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen, gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran und bernimmst bei Abwesenheit die Leitung der Abteilung.

Dein Gehalt orientiert sich an deinen Qualifikationen. Du bekommst mindestens EUR 2.850,- brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis.
