We're looking for a friendly, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing home team, with a strong focus on skilled rehab care. If you enjoy helping residents recover and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in skilled rehab
Administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams
Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism

Requirements

Active RN license
Experience in long-term care or skilled rehab preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Sheboygan Senior Community is a faith based, charitable nonprofit serving Sheboygan area seniors since 1962. We provide short-term rehab, assisted living, skilled nursing, and end of life care to 85 residents in 4 households.
