Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred. Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records preferred. Certifications in specialized modalities (e.g., vestibular, LSVT, or wound care) are a plus. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled nursing facility. Location: Boynton Beach, FL. May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
