Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquistion Specialist for a heavy civil construction and infrastructure client. This candidate will own the full-cycle recruiting process for field and professional positions within an assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to create requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance through onboarding handoff. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting skilled trades and construction talent, enjoys building community partnerships, and is comfortable representing the organization at job fairs, workforce development events, and industry networking opportunities. This is a highly visible role that combines hands‑on recruiting execution, talent pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration to support critical workforce needs across North Carolina markets.
