Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor manages all warehouse operations, leading teams across receiving, picking, replenishment, and shipping to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate fulfillment of orders. Responsibilities and Duties Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and lead personnel Plan and schedule daily warehouse activities and staffing Monitor productivity, accuracy, and efficiency metrics across all functions Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse team members Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance Manage inventory accuracy and cycle count programs Coordinate with transportation for inbound and outbound shipments Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows Conduct performance reviews and oversee disciplinary actions Prepare operational reports and communicate with management Manage equipment maintenance and facility Additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, 2+ years in supervisory capacity Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Office Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Forklift certification required Understanding of OSHA safety regulations Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or related field Lean/Six Sigma certification Experience with continuous improvement methodologies Knowledge of labor management systems Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Good hand-eye coordination Paid Time Off (PTO) – 2 weeks (80 hours) per year for full time Paid Holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Healthcare Benefits – Effective the first of the month following the date of hire: Healthcare Benefits – Effective the first of the month following the date of hire: Health/Vision insurance through Regence BlueCross BlueShield Dental insurance through Regence Life, Disability & Accident Insurance through MetLife – effective 1st of the month following date of hire: Group Term Life insurance – company paid Short Term Disability insurance – company paid Long Term Disability insurance – company paid Voluntary additional life insurance for self & dependents Voluntary Accident Insurance Flexible Spending Account Plan (FSA) – allowing pre-tax savings for Health and Dependent Care Expenses Health Savings Account Plan (HSA) - allowing pre-tax savings for Health expenses if participating in HDHP health insurance plan Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) – plan provided through Canopy 401(k) Plan – participation after three months of employment with employer-matching contribution Company stock options #J-18808-Ljbffr Gear Up Sports
