Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is seeking a Part-time PM&R Clinician (Nurse Practitioner/PA) to provide specialty PM&R services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center in Bloomfield, NM. The role offers autonomy, collaboration with therapy teams, and strong support including a virtual scribe for documentation. The ideal candidate will have NP/APRN/PA licensure in NM, post-acute experience preferred, and a patient‑centered approach to improve quality of life for geriatric patients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
