Laborer

Laborers are required to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to running a skid steer, assisting with mechanical repairs and maintenance, as well as overall clean-up. The qualified candidate will have: Strong work ethic 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant role. Quarry experience strongly preferred. Ability to use a variety of hand tools, levels, drills, grinders, saws, etc. in a safe and effective manner. Ability to run heavy equipment safely, including skid steers, loaders, etc. Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment Ability to take direction from team leader, foremen or superintendent Must have physical strength, coordination, and endurance to perform the required functions. Willingness to take on new training to help obtain personal and company goals Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comply with and promote all safety policies and procedures, including reporting all accidents, incidents, and near misses to ensure adherence to the Company’s safety policy. Wear PPE at all times on the job site.
