General Dentist Opportunity – Chicopee, Ludlow & Springfield, MA

Passion Dental is seeking a patient-focused and motivated General Dentist to support our high-performing, multi-location practices in Chicopee, Ludlow, and Springfield . This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys variety, strong support teams, and consistent patient flow across a well-established network.

Position Highlights:

• Split schedule across 3 busy, established locations.
• Strong, experienced clinical and administrative teams in place.
• Consistent new patient flow and active recall base.
• Fully equipped operatories with modern technology.

Compensation & Earnings:

• Competitive compensation structure ( base + 35% of adjusted production ).
• High earning potential with steady patient demand.
• Opportunity for strong daily production in established offices.

Clinical Scope:

• Comprehensive general dentistry: 

  • Restorative, crowns & bridges, fillings.
  • Preventive and basic surgical procedures.
• Flexibility to expand into procedures based on experience and comfort.
• Internal referral network for specialty support.

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple locations.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality patient care.

Schedule Options:

• Full-time preferred.
• Part-time considered.
• Flexible scheduling across Chicopee, Ludlow, and Springfield.
