Nurse Educator

Role: Nurse Educator responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating educational programs in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and provide staff education, oversee new hire and clinical orientation, facilitate annual provider training, and ensure ongoing competency validations. Develop and manage computer-based learning, oversee certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), and address educational needs through direct follow-up and departmental meetings. Conduct regular rounds, attend staff meetings, and provide on-demand training to support clinical staff. Collect and report data related to educational activities and ensure compliance with guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, experience in program development preferred, and excellent communication skills. A Master's in education and experience in surgical services are advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to collaborate effectively, and committed to professional growth.
