Pecan Ridge, located in Bowie, MD , is one of our newest communities, featuring approximately 45+ homesites , providing a strong pipeline of opportunities to come. Amblebrook , located in Gettysburg, PA, is a 55+ community with significant sales potential. We are strategically staffing communities with two New Home Sales Consultants , with a goal of generating strong, consistent monthly sales volume. With an average home price of approximately $650,000 , successful sales professionals could earn a highly competitive income through our uncapped commission program. Manning Square, located in Accokeek, MD, is another high-volume community offering significant sales potential and strong earning opportunities. Multiple spec/inventory homes are currently available, creating opportunities to generate commissions within the first 30–60 days . Target hiring timeline: 2 weeks. What You'll Do Proactively prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, community engagement, and relationship-building. Guide homebuyers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through contract and closing. Convert traffic into sales through exceptional follow-up, consultative selling, and a customer-first approach. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, Realtors, lenders, and internal teams. Stay highly organized and disciplined in managing your pipeline, appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through persistence, strategy, and execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, mortgage, title, and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional buyer experience. Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through. Self-starter mentality with a strong internal drive to succeed. Ability to work weekends and maintain a consistent onsite presence.
