PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Pine Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Join Our In-House Therapy Team! Pine Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation team. As a PTA, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy interventions that help residents improve mobility, restore function, relieve pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will also document treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care. Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist. Assist residents with temporary or long-term disabilities in improving mobility, function, strength, and independence. Monitor and report patient responses to treatment, communicating progress and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, exercises, and safe mobility techniques. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and state and federal regulations. Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient-centered care. Why Join Our Team?
