Housing Navigator & Partnerships Specialist

Coordinated Behavioral Care, Inc. is seeking a Housing Specialist to advance housing placement and stability for people experiencing street and subway homelessness through the Safe Options Support program. Working within a Housing First, person-centered model, you will coordinate referrals, assess housing options, and strengthen partnerships across SOS teams.
