Full Time Caldwell, OH, US QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer-facing experience. Strong knowledge of daily retail operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in agricultural or specialty retail. Familiarity with inventory systems and point-of-sale software. Provide direction and support to team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness and accuracy. Monitor daily store activity and help prioritize workload to meet customer and business needs. Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers professionally and resolving routine concerns. Support team members in handling customer inquiries, product questions, and service needs. Escalate complex customer issues to the Retail Branch Manager as needed. Inventory & Merchandising Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs or discrepancies. Support merchandising efforts, ensuring displays are clean, stocked, and aligned with promotional plans. Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Administrative & Operational Support Support daily paperwork, operational reporting, and documentation. Helps retail management with branch scheduling Assists in interviewing and provides recommendations for hiring decisions Ensure accurate use of point-of-sale systems and customer record updates. Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Safety & Compliance Always promotes and model safe work practices. Identify and report potential safety hazards Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers Other duties as assigned PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand, sit, bend, walk, climb, stoop, kneel and move throughout retail locations for extended periods. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
