Job Description Traveling Concrete Site Manager Location: 100% Travel Required - Projects located throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Virginia, and Arkansas Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Senior Project Manager / Ownership Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 annually DOE + performance-based bonus Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Traveling Concrete Site Manager to oversee and manage field operations for large-scale industrial and civil concrete construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for supervising all on-site concrete activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete construction, including foundations, structural concrete, equipment pads, retaining walls, and heavy industrial site work. Candidates must be comfortable traveling full-time and working extended project rotations. Travel & Work Schedule 100% travel required based on project assignments Typical schedule: 6 days per week / 10-hour shifts Standard rotation: 28 days on / 8 days off Company-paid travel and housing provided during assignments Key Responsibilities Manage all field operations related to concrete and civil construction activities Supervise crews, subcontractors, equipment operators, and field personnel Coordinate concrete pours, site preparation, formwork, rebar installation, and finishing operations Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies on all job sites Conduct daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reporting Monitor manpower, equipment usage, production rates, and material deliveries Collaborate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients to resolve field issues Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and safety concerns Assist with project planning, sequencing, and scheduling activities Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in concrete construction management or site supervision Strong background in heavy civil, industrial, or structural concrete projects Experience managing field crews and subcontractors Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in remote field environments Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Willingness and ability to travel full-time Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial substation, energy, or infrastructure projects Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred OSHA 30 certification Experience with scheduling software and daily reporting systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $120,000 - $135,000 DOE Performance-based bonus opportunities Company vehicle provided or rig check for approved personal truck use Company-paid lodging and travel expenses Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Company Description Talent Corps is an equal opportunity employer.
