The ideal candidate will have experience working in critical care settings. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and provide excellent patient care. You will be responsible for performing various respiratory therapy procedures. These include ABG sampling, intubation assistance, nebulizer treatments, and airway clearance techniques. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Good customer service skills are essential, as you will interact with patients and their families. The position requires a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care. Candidates are expected to adhere to strict dress code and grooming policies. This includes wearing appropriate scrubs and maintaining a professional appearance. Body art should be covered when possible, and visible piercings other than ears are not permitted. Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of the importance of teamwork and communication in a healthcare setting.
