- Administer direct patient care to individuals within the rehabilitation unit.
- Utilize Cerner electronic medical record system effectively for documentation and care planning.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, including certifications such as BLS and CPI.
- Maintain accurate records of clinical activities, assessments, and interventions.
- Adapt to floating within various hospital units as required, demonstrating flexibility and clinical competency.
- Valid MO or compact nursing license at the time of submission.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation nursing.
- Strong proficiency working with Cerner EMR system.
- Current BLS and CPI certifications.
- At least one professional reference available upon request.
- Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and every third weekend.
