Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and development assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families. Participate in the evaluation and improvement of clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote best practices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care. Skills and Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics. Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in outpatient pediatric care preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
