Reports to : Maintenance Manager
Job Summary : Entry-level Maintenance Worker

Essential Functions :

Perform daily rounds ensuring all critical equipment is operational.
Perform outdoor rounds, maintaining a clean property.
Performs daily pool maintenance and chemical level checks.
Complete assigned maintenance requests for guest rooms and back of house daily.
Adept with the use of common hand tools.
Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems.
Assist in painting/touch ups.
Assist in the LH preventative maintenance program - batteries, belts, filters.
Schedule availability a must, either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts.
Weekend and holiday availability required.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Assist in event function set ups and break downs.
Report any maintenance problems observed to the Maintenance Manager to have assigned.
Be able to lift 30 pounds comfortably.
Performs any additional tasks that may be requested by the Maintenance Manager and/or LH Senior Management.
